At Swan Cove Manor you get much more than a pristine, one of a kind vacation venue. You get the exclusive use of our entire “Private” estate which includes a magnificent 17, acre waterfront venue on your very own private cove. 

This award winning location on the shore of the Chesapeake Bay is second to none. While at Swan Cove Manor you have the exclusive use of our 4 wonderful homes which sleep approximately 45 +/- people. There’s #1 The Mariner, #2 The Chart House and each of these two homes feature 5 bedrooms 3 ½ bath designer furnished and complete with flat panel satellite TV’s in every bedroom, WIFI, Fenced swimming pool, fire pit, private “lighted” dock, playground, outdoor grill, a small private sandy beach and too much more list.  In addition, you have #3 The Outrigger which is offers 4 designer bedrooms and a great game room with a large air hockey table, Foosball table and is also complete with flat panel satellite TV’s in every bedroom and WIFI. It is located just a short walk behind the Mariner and Chart House (about 900 ft.). This property also features #4 The Quarterdeck. This very exclusive home features an intimate oversize deluxe king bedroom, a luxurious stone tile bathroom with a large walk in shower for two, a wonderful sunken soaking tub, a large dressing room and a designer appointed living room with a wet bar and powder room.  

At Swan Cove Manor, should you choose to use vendors for your event, you are free to use the vendors of your choice. If you need help locating vendors that offer tents or equipment rentals, catering, portable bathrooms and more, we do have a list of vendors, several of which are familiar with our properties. We never charge fees! 

During the spring, fall and winter seasons we will rent our property for as little as 3 days if that is what you desire. This is typically Thursday thru Sunday or Friday thru Monday. Swan Cove Manor and all of our homes are rented for 7 night minimums during the summer months. 

For events such as weddings Swan Cove Manor is rented exclusively in total.  We do not rent the Mariner, Chart House, Outrigger or Quarterdeck individually for any period during which an event such as a wedding is planned.

We include 2 dedicated 20 AMP electric outlets behind each home for the use of the catering, tent / equipment rental and the portable bathroom company. Electric service is also provided at the dock of the Mariner and Chart House and each home has an outdoor hose bib for the use of your vendors. This generally eliminates the need for noisy rental generators.

We believe that when a couple chooses Swan Cove Manor they should have the wedding of their dreams and therefore we don't force the use of any vendors or caterers. We NEVER charge "Site Fees". We also try our best to keep our homes in top notch condition at all times. Our very private Chesapeake waterfront location and policies make our Swan Cove Manor a very popular vacation, wedding and event venue destination. 

Our price includes the entire 17, acre waterfront estate and each of our 4 homes have central AC, WIFI, satellite TV with flat panel TV’s in every bedroom, high chairs, porta cribs, booster seats and more.  There are 2 swimming pools 1 at the Mariner and 1 at the Chart House, 2 fire pits, 8 kayaks, 2 private lighted docks. These homes will accommodate up 45 +/- people.

For those groups that require additional overnight accommodations, we also offer Captains Quarters which sleeps up to 28 people only 15 to 20 minutes or 1 ½ miles by boat. Often families choose to rent it for themselves or special guests.
