The fenced swimming pool is just a few steps from the partially covered deck where the children can be observed while comfortably sitting and enjoying the magnificent scenery and water views. The property boasts a large fire pit for evening campfires and making smore's. We provide 4 complimentary kayaks for your use.

This incredible lovely home has high ceilings and features 5 designer appointed bedrooms and 3 /12 baths. Furnishings are all new and are designer appointed. All furnishings including the granite kitchen, bathrooms, appliances (large and small), TV's and utensils were installed in August 2012.

The first floor features a beautiful granite kitchen, oversized living room / den with a queen sofa bed and is complete with a gas fireplace and a 50 inch flat panel TV, DVD and XBOX360. The adjacent eating area features a dining room table capable of seating up to 20 people and direct access to the deck. The laundry room is also located on the first floor.

• 1 Queen Bedroom (2 ppl)

• 1 Bunk Bed Room with 2 sets of trundle beds (equal to 6 tins) (6 ppl)

We provide a minimum of 1 high chair, 1 booster seat and 1 porta crib, so don't bother packing them. We also have 2 rollaway bed (1 ppl) and 1 queen (2 ppl) inflatable aero bed for those surprise guests.

There's a new ceramic bathroom at each end of the hallway. One has a tub /shower combination and the other features a large soaking tub and separate shower unit. This bathroom also connects to the Queen Bedroom.

For the convenience of our guests, each bedroom has a new flat panel TV and some with DVD’s.

For your added comfort, air conditioning and heating is controlled on each of the two floors independently with their own thermostats.

Bring your laptop or IPAD because the home is equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
