This is our newest waterfront property at Swan Cove Manor. It was purchased and reconstructed during the first half of 2017. The home has been designer furnished and features a wonderful private waterfront location with a private dock and is situated on 5+ private acres.

There are 2 full tile bathrooms on the second floor each with a tub/shower combination.

For the convenience of our guests, each bedroom has a new flat panel TV and some with DVD's.

Nestled in this very private waterfront setting, The Spinnaker at Swan Cove Manor offers a lot of fun and adventure for everyone indoors and out. The outdoor amenities include a large private dock with great fishing and crabbing. For the young children, we have a new "Splinter Free" playground. It also features a fenced swimming pool, a covered deck to enjoy while comfortably sitting and enjoying the magnificent scenery and water views.

The property has a large fire pit for evening campfires and making smores. We provide 4 complimentary kayaks for your use.

For your added comfort, air conditioning and heating is controlled on each of the two floors independently with their own thermostats.
